Very satisfied with our products all the time we had jalapeño cheese pepperoni sticks made and they turned out epic!! Everything down to the casing was perfect, you can taste the cheese prominently and I asked them to make it a little extra spicy and they came out perfect, they taste delicious I have never been disappointed.

Like that they’re quick and you always get your own meat back. Also will accommodate processing meat sticks for someone with celiac disease. Can’t say enough good about them. We’ve been using them for a few years.

This crew went above and beyond your normal butcher shop; next trip to Alaska I will not be using anyone but them and will refer them to all my friends and anyone I know traveling near Wasilla! Simply can’t thank you them enough! Amazing people, amazing service and amazing product!!!

Worst experience I've had. She was so rude. Didn't have time for me and refused my caribou because she was to busy. This is after we set up an appointment for drop off, I drove in from Anchorage just for this. I would never tell anybody to go there. THE WORST
