Evans responded to my call quickly and was able to come out within an hour and get us back up and running within 30 minutes. This momma is super grateful as no heat for two days in 14* weather due to another contractors fail is not fun for anyone! A friend recommended them to me and I wanted to pay the favor forward. Does good work every time we've used them. My only issue was the first time, an older fella treated me like some dumb girl and questioned if I knew how to work the thermostat. Once my husband got there and said the EXACT same thing I had, then he listened. He apologized to my husband about it instead of me, but he does quality work and is fast about it.
