Just had another amazing experience with Platinum Automotive, I had a problem with my back windshield wiper. My car has all the extra bells and whistles so I didn’t think it would be possible to get done what I needed done in one day. I’m going on a vacation soon and just thought I would bring it bye to see if there was anyway to fix this minor problem. I got here about 15 minutes before closing time yesterday. They always keep you informed and updated. So when I received a call the next day and heard they needed to order a part. I didn’t expect it to get done by the time I was leaving. Well the did it again! They were able to order the part and make car was ready to be picked up at 1 the next day which is today a Friday. Again , above and beyond. So I personally wanted to thank Jack, Mark , Caden and Matt for going the extra mile and delivering superior service!

Like other reviews have expressed, these are guys you can trust and their communication skills are excellent. Such a relief to know that you're not getting an "up-sale" pitch every time you bring your car in! We've lived in the Leavenworth/Lansing area for almost 8 years and tried out Platinum a couple of years ago and have definitely found our trusted agent for car service!

I had an annoying issue from a car accident two years ago. Insurance didn't see the issue, and it became too late. Went through two other places before making this place my third. They communicated the process throughly with pricing and progress along with recommendations to look for as my vehicle racks on the miles. I'm definitely going back again for future repairs and maintenance needs.

I visited Platinum for a pre-trip inspection on my truck. Their mechanics performed hands on inspections before they recommended repairs or service. They looked at previous service history too, rather than just looking at mileage. They called me to explain their assessment and discussed costs before doing anything. After agreeing on services to be done, they were done in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost.

Bottom line, these guys took care of my truck in a professional way and earned my trust.

Will travel here from out of state for future maintenance and repair needs. Would highly recommend

The Platinum Automotive team was amazing during our most recent issue with our VW Atlas. We used them years ago and when my wife called stating that she was having car problems I recommended that she take it here. I was not wrong. They got the car fixed, but the communication with the mechanic and the front office was excellent. Clear communication and explanation of the issues and reasonable pricing. Their after care support and follow up was also appreciated when a related part failure occurred, they got our car back in, fixed, and returned to us within the afternoon. Definitely a local business that we will return to with our automotive needs.
