Customer service just isn't there. We needed help with the paint booth control unit and no response from them. Seek a company that supports your investment 100% they also left a 1 star review on my business page as a retaliation for this honest review. Just shows the unprofessionalism!! Chris and Isaac man up when customers tell the truth. I've called you guys and texted on issues with no call back. I no longer need your assistance as we found a reputable company locally to assist us when the paint booth has issues.

Isaac provided first-class service from the initial phone call. He is knowledgeable and provided great advice. Got a quote back the same day. Even better service after we received the paint booth and mixing room. I had a technical question while installing it over a weekend and he called back, with a solution! Couldn’t be happier with the service and product.

Great company, timely delivery and a company that stands behind their work. We found PFS because at the time the were local to where we were planning to set up operations. We ultimately moved two hours from Santa Rosa and PFS will still happy to accommodate our install at no additional cost. The team that does their installation were proficient and just great guys.

Where PFS gets my 5 stars is the follow up. We had a small issue with a seam opening up on our booths doors where the filter material was installed. Mind you this was a week after the install. Chris sent his guys out next day to address the issue and the booth has been perfect since.

Chris at PFS helped me out so much I have been looking to get a booth for about a year and have had about 8 companies quote me and I could not believe how much paint booths are as I am a small shop and don’t have millions like some of the other shops, I told him my budget and came to an agreement where we both were happy. His guys got it installed in a week, I am using it now my first paint job was black out of this booth and there was not a single spec of dust in it. The quality of the booth is amazing, the city inspector was amazed by how nice it was he wanted to take pictures of the booth to show everyone at the city and it passed with flying colors.

I could go on for days about how nice the booth is and how good the customer service is.
If you are hesitant about PFS you can personally call me and I will tell you my feed back.
I am extremely happy.

PFS took care of me since the beginning.
I asked around everyone in my local area of Seattle and nobody wanted to do my job because I simply didn't buy my equipment from them.

I contacted PFS and Christian made the accommodations to have his crew fly from California to Seattle.
His crew was fast, clean, and VERY respectful!
I know I will have more projects in the near future and I will not contact anyone else but PFS.

After a failed attempt at trying to get a paint booth installed with a competitor I felt like it was going to be impossible to clear permits and have a quality paint booth. Thank God I heard about PFS, Chris was honest and reliable, the crew was fast and professional. Chris made it happen with no delays or surprises.
