Cash came out to give a quote he was so genuinely concerned and since . Ryan came to do the work, Ryan's warmth everyday lite up our household. The work was completed within the time stated. Evey word was backed up with a text. I have only encountered such dedication of pride in work as well as their words, a few times. Ryan brought us Space Heaters in case it got chilly during the night. My brother and I are so proud of our new furnace and its face lift. (pipes placements ) I want to share it with the world. ?

After calling several other outfits to try to schedule a tune-up/repair, I was glad I decided to try out Platinum. Not only was Alex able to get me on the schedule within a few days, he was able to do the inspection/tune-up/repair at the same time at a flat rate + parts. Whereas, the other places only offered to diagnose/repair my boiler at a rate of $200/hr + parts and schedule the tune-up at a later date. Made more sense to me to spend my hard earned dollars on having a professional inspection/tune-up to properly diagnosis what was causing the issue, and I got exactly what I expected to pay for, thanks to Alex! I plan on upgrading some old zone valves and corroded pipes and will be hiring these guys again. Highly recommend!

I'm new to boilers and HRVs, Alex came out to service both and fix a few other minor things. He took the time to make sure I understood how my system worked, what each process required, what I as a homeowner should be doing to maintain my system in between regular service calls and even took the time to explain to me where previous service calls had made mistakes on my existing system. Then he consistently kept me informed in what he was doing and how was going to do to resolve them.

He went above and beyond to make sure that my family and I were set up for success and continued function.

Honestly, could not have hoped for a better person or company to come out and help service my home, I feel much more confident that I can last out this winter!

We were selling our house & on a time crunch to complete items identified on the engineers report. Platinum Mech came out & reviewed the report with me along with other items I was aware of & returned a very fair quote with a schedule. We agreed on amounts & they were there when they said they would be & completed a professional looking job when they said they would. I would highly recommend!

Alex at PM came out early on short notice and got our furnace running after a pump died. Very efficient work, and very reasonable cost.
