They have everything you need in stock same day and the prices are doable. They don't seem to like it much if you're not a professional, but that's pretty much standard these days.

I love that the showroom is not huge and overwhelming! I go to the "other" places and walk around not knowing where to start. We just did a complete bathroom remodel. Beth helped me with put together the tile, vanity and fixtures, she was great to work with!

Stopped there today. No one was wearing masks for whatever reason......love to have an answer for that, super powers maybe.

Was interested in buying a filler sleeve for my baseboard heat. They asked the brand and I didn’t know, said they were original and they said they probably couldn’t match. I said that’s fine, I am just looking to make something work. They went to back to find something begrudgingly, I felt. It ended up being to tall I asked if they had anything else to make work and they said nope.

This is the second time I’ve been here and had a very stand offish attitude towards me. I don’t understand if they don’t like dealing with non-contractors or what exactly it is. I unfortunately will never return. I’m not interested in being treated that way as a customer.

These guys were knowledgable and friendly. When I purchased a tool in the morning and really did not need it, I was able to pay a rental fee on it instead. Since I never plan on needing it again, not needing to buy it was greatly appreciated.

Plimpton & Hills is fantastic! Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable! I had a leaky shower and not only did they have the parts on hand. I actually had a person who knew exactly what my problem was and suggested I buy these parts to fix the leak. You can’t get this experience at Lowe’s or Home Depot! Your lucky if someone at Home Depot knows their last name. I highly recommend getting your plumbing parts or someone with actual knowledge at Plimpton & Hills!!
