Been here for 5 hours in a door I've now felt the truck move from 4 pallets being unloaded.

20 more pallets to go , might have been faster if they didn't take a driver who was here after I was in the door , they unloaded him in 30 mins but I'm still here and he's gone.

I'm otr 6 weeks at a time and just trying to get home for xmas to see my kids. I'm almost out of hours at time of post.

I got a hour drive from here to home but I'm starting to think this is going to take many more hours

Nice Place but the security guard who’s working before 6:00am is very rude.These guys open at 6:00am in the morning.Date November 03-2022

No option was there for 0 star …otherwise i will give 0… security guard ( eye glass guy)was very rude and no sense of talking… he thinks he owns this place….

My appointment 6:30 I check in 6:20 got door 12:30 now 1:30 still not done normally waiting time 8 hours plus bring your food (restrooms yes )good luck who deliver here

Extremely slow to get unloaded, unless of course you're "local". They couldn't care less if you sit for hours, no consideration for drivers time!!

Have been here probably 3-4 times since the above review, receiving has improved considerably - friendlier and more efficient, change of staff, I think..bump up to four stars 🙂

Thank u guys very much for unloading me within 2 hours. It’s tight in here be careful park outside walk-in too Checkin. Can’t say people are nice but they are not mean. And honestly this isn’t therapy get here do ur job an get out.

Super nice to deal with. They stop unloading fresh meats at 2pm. I called to inform them I'd be late. Spoke to Chris and he arranged for me to unload late! 245pm. Parking on the street but not overnight. Not to tight backing up

They are very slow here expect to be waiting in line for hours for the one door they use for otr loads.. And they do work in local drivers for quick unloads because they only have a few pallets... Completely missed my second appointment because they took so long to get me unloaded
