I had only shot around 100 rounds in my 10.5 inch. The roller pin somehow broke.
I sent them a email and pics. I was very mad about it at first. But they quickly emailed me back and sent the part for free. I installed it last night and it’s a perfect fit. I have not shot it yet. But the customer service was top notch
I sent them a pict and video of the new part to show I appreciate how quickly they got me a replacement part.
I’m currently still waiting on other stuff from other companies where I had bought stuff from them around the same time this happened. So good job POF
I recommend giving them a try.
And if you get the grey color AR , get the fde Sba5 and magpul k2 plus in fde. It really makes the gun look sharp.

The most important thing that distinguishes POF from its competition is its dedication to advanced engineering. My Revolution DI is a top notch, sophisticated rifle. When POF advertises this gun as an AR-15 that shoots .308, they mean it. In your hands, it feels just like an AR-15, NOT an AR-10. The quality of the rifle is superior. There are no shortcuts. The components and furniture of the rifle are designed to control the weight, but that doesn't mean they are of poor quality. I've never had a malfunction, but I don't tinker with it and I also feed it relatively expensive ammo. I like Hornady's Black 155gr A-Max. The only negative is also a side effect of the light weight, and that's the substantial recoil. I bought through a dealer, and I've never had an issue. I've never had to deal directly with POF.

I hope I am doing this correctly. About 1 week ago a friend of mine and I were out shooting, he asked me if I would like to fire his p415 edge he purchased about a year ago, I jumped at the chance!! It was the smoothest AR I have shot. 200 rounds later not a hiccup and it was sub moa. I will be contacting central Florida gun and tactical in a couple of weeks to purchase my first pof but definitely not my last. Keep up the great work pof usa

I spoke in great length with Juan about the technical specifications of a rifle so I could understand how to properly purchase parts to upgrade my firearm to work properly with a suppressor that I just purchased. He was patient and took his time to explain the answers to all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or even embarrassed about some of my questions due to Juan's patience and expertise. For POF, I have several ARs from them, TOP DESIGN and GREAT machining, they offer if not the BEST ARs we can have today! I encountered a recycling issue in one of my AR pistols, but their production manager Jackson went above n beyond w not only took it back to repair but also upgraded w an adjustable gas block to make sure it cycles on every ammo. They also fixed a TILTED factory mounted keymo brake on my other rifle. Both under warranty, free of charge! Appreciate the professional work done by Jackson as well as the great customer service from their whole team🫡! I have become a life-time fan of the POF-USA product! HIGHLY RECOMMEND and their ARs are WELL WORTH the $ we spend! God bless America and we the people 🇺🇲！

Contacted pof about the blemished rifle and this is the response I recieved.

Thank you for reaching out to us here at POF and taking the time to send those photos. After having my gun smith take a look at the photos, he advised me that the gas key photos look normal and that we test fire the firearms in house and the coloring could be from oxidation from firing, and should come right off with a wire cleaning brush. As for the coating, I do see it chipped and I am sorry to hear it is that way. The rifles are cerakoted and during shipping it must have gotten nicked. Have you tried taking a wire cleaning brush to the gas key to see if the coloring goes away?

I replied back, after trying to clean the carrier key, about having no luck on removing the oxidation/corrosion, and haven't received a response. I know most companies will clean their rifles after a test firing, but I don't know why POF doesn't. The chipped cerakote did not happen during shipping too, because the way the rifle is packaged. There is no way for anything to hit those areas that are chipped. I guess they're denying responsibility for the chipped cerakote, because they did not refer me to do an RMA.

Extremely happy with the staff and their products. I was warmly greeted into the POF manufacturing facility today by Juan (customer service) with an issue on my 10 year old POF rifle. Jackson (gunsmith) took a look at my rifle and explained to me exactly what the issue was and immediately fixed it for me free of charge. Juan/Jackson were both extremely knowledgeable and great guys to talk to. POF's product paired with their excellent customer service has confirmed that my next rifle will be another POF.

My brother and I just happened to be in the area dropping off some other rifles at a smith. Had 45 mins to wait tell they opened and just noticed that POF was just down the street. Checked the hours and decided to drop by. I had been looking for a replacement hex head screw for one of my POF rifles that I had lost a few years back. I had asked around the local retailers with help finding this screw, all told me to just stop by POF to talk with them. So, on a whim I did.

Upon walking up, I read the sign “appointment only” with the phone number below. As I was pulling out my phone to call the number when the door opened. A lovely lady said ‘Hello, how may I help you today?” I relayed my issue with finding the screw. She invited us inside and told us she would get someone to help us with finding the part.

It looked like they had a large meeting going on and relatively busy but within a few seconds I was being helped. They identified the part off the pictures I had taken with ease. He quickly returned with the part and a plethora of swag. He asked if we had some time to spare, which we did before our next stop opened. He showed us the process, introduced us to some of the employees. Everyone was so nice and had no issue relaying/explaining what procedure they were apart of in the manufacturing process.

This was one of the best impromptu decisions I have ever made. The experience and customer service I received was mind-blowingly amazing.

Mike, thank you for the part, swag and conversation. This fabulous experience was farther heightened on the way out when I said I’m glad the lady opened the door for us and invited us in. He explained to us that she was the CEO of POF. Thank you, Tracy for inviting us in. Was a truly humbling experience.
