When I needed an inspection on my Well I called a couple companies but when Luis at Ponderosa Pumps, LLC spoke to me, I knew he was the company I wanted to work with just based on our conversation. He is very knowledgeable and experienced and his care and concern shine through. My Well was in disrepair and needed so much. When Luis came to do the work, he was thorough and worked efficiently to bring my Well back to a functioning Well. His expertise with what he does saved my Well, literally. I will recommend him to anyone I know that has a Well and needs it maintained because I know with Ponderosa Pumps, LLC they will be in excellent hands.

Excellent Company! We recently had freezing temperatures which caused many issues for a lot of people having to deal with frozen or leaking pipes. I called one place and they were booked and probably couldn't get to us for weeks. My 80 year old mother has a water tank so we had to shut the water off to keep from losing it all. I contacted this company and they were able to come out the same day. They fixed the problem very quickly and were reasonably priced. It was a great relief that we were able to get someone that could come out the same day and didn't charge an emergency fee, even during the snow flurries that we had. I would recommend this company to anyone. They kept us updated on their arrival and were on time. They will definitely be my first call the next time we have an issue. Thanks again for being there for us!

Luis came out same day to inspect my well which stopped working. Diagnosed problem as defective pump which is what I had also surmised from basic troubleshooting. Was able to replace pump at very reasonable rate the next day. Had water running again the next day after calling Luis. Highly recommend Ponderosa Pumps LLC to anyone needing well service.

I had a well pump outage on a weekend. I called several companies who advertise 24/7 availability. None answered. I got lucky and Ponderosa Pumps LLC actually answered the call. Came out to do troubleshooting. Found that my deepwell pump and motor had failed. Luis got the job done and fixed a few other water related issues. Very educational as well.
No doubt Luis knows his trade.

Had an issue with my well pump where it stopped working in the middle of a shower. I called and spoke with Luis and he walked me through all of the troubleshooting and gave me advice completely free of charge when he could've easily charged me to come out in person. Very refreshing to see honest and caring people nowadays

I am so very Happy that I used Ponderosa Pump LLC ! Luis was beyond helpful, and even though I have to replace my well pump he was very compassionate and sorry to give me the bad news. He did however revive my pump for now and gave me some time to save. I appreciate that he was prompt, (he came out on Mother's Day for us) professional, honest, compassionate and way lower priced then anyone else. He also came back on Monday to do a water test which other companies gave a 7 to 10 day waiting period. I got my results the very next day! Mucho Gracias Luis!
