Extremely happy with the service provided today. Worked with Mike to get exactly what I needed for a replacement oven. Delivery drivers were friendly and installed the oven, leveled it (no more eggs running to the side of the pan) and they set the clock. Fast, clean and did a great job! Definitely recommend them. Oh and they took away my old stove too!

I never really write reviews but this company absolutely deserved this review. I usually go get my appliances from big box stores, however, after going in and being ignored, I remembered someone saying how great their experience was from Portland Electric. I was in the market for a new washer and I can tell you that a great experience is what I received! Amazing customer service from the receptionist, to the knowledgeable sales person to the delivery people. I was so impressed by the professionalism they have all of my business in the future!

Just purchased a new washer and dryer and couldn’t be happier! I’ve been buying there for over 50 years and they have never let me down. Lori was very patient and helpful, and the installers were punctual, polite and courteous; they even waited patiently while I wiped down the baseboards and they wiped down the fingerprints they left on the laundry room door! Love this place!

I've never had the pleasure of purchasing an appliance here, but I just called to see if they might have a part I need for my washer. They didn't, but Laurie was EXTREMELY helpful and kind and pointed me in the right direction and gave me the phone number I needed for ordering parts directly from the manufacturer I've also had many opportunities to interact with their service people through my job and they were always 100% professional and completed repairs quickly and accurately. They always communicated any delays or issues quickly

Customer service was excellent as soon as we enter the store, also I have been a customer at Portland electric for over 10 years and never have had a bad experience. I have compare them to other and I will deftly go back every time. Their technician are good an honest not like other places, I used them for what I buy there and for the appliances that came with the house. Keep up the good work guys.

Great people. When we thought our 14 year old washer (originally purchased from them) was dead, they talked us into having them do a service call first to see if it could be fixed. Sure enough - 20 minute service call plus $22 part and the washer works fine. So they traded the sale of an expensive new washer for a simple service call. This demonstrates their commitment to good service and their customers. Never would have happened with a big chain.
