Very professional, they loaded me 6 hours early, little room to maneuver, Mr. Terry understood that I had few hours and loaded me very quickly, there is overnight parking a mile ahead, thank you very much Mr. Terry. Receiving and despatch door # 6

Been here many times always nice and professional workers. Willing to load you early if docks available. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Great place to get loaded keep up the good work!!!!

Had a pickup here tomorrow, but delivered my previous load at 0730 today, less than 30 miles away, so I called ahead and was told to come right in and they would load me.

The lady in the shipping office gave me a deer-in-the-headlights look when I told her this, but her only concern was having the product, as the man I spoke to on the phone didn't ask for a load number. Fortunately, they have the product, so they're able to load me over 24 hours early!

I can't speak for load times right now because I'm still in the dock, but it's looking good so far. Monday morning, 0930, and I'm one of two trucks here in the docks. Yes, the facility is tight, so try to get here as early as you can to hopefully avoid busy times.

Avoid at all costs. Arrived for a drop/hook, 6 hours later still sitting in a dock because they didn't have load ready. Shipper states they didn't know about load til 4 this morning, which is funny since I booked it 2 days ago.

The place was is bad if you have appointment just make sure only came 1 hr before your appointment or else you will be waiting alot , after they signed the door they take 2 hrs to load you, and they don't really know how to load loads going to California they don't know how to distribute right the load

So I read all reviews before I go to any new shipper. And I just can’t believe that we are talking about the same place! I was super early & they took me, parking was not bad, loading didn’t take all that long like an hour. Also the man named Terri was extremely friendly & helpful. I may NOT like the weight of this load but all n all I promise you My experience was NOT at all bad. FYI use the Kresge street so much
