Power Flame takes pride in all the burners they manufacture. After completing a 2 day factory training that is so detailed and hands on that I feel very confident that now I can provide excellent service to my customers. Extremely disappointed in Power Flame's lack of commitment to customer service. Our boiler manufacturer has been waiting on a single part from Power Flame for nearly a month with very little communication and a lot of finger pointing. To Power Flame itself: You are costing your end users and customers a lot of money with very little regard for how that actually impacts them. Would not and WILL NOT recommend to anyone in the future. Especially if you're trying to get things done in a timely manner. This is not good business.
