Took a tractor they never got right nor corrected. Brought the tractor back running on the delivery trailer 45 miles plus because had starting issues. Really! Then their tech ran a tool thru a round baler knocking it out of use in the heat of having season. So in turn had to pay to have hay put up. Tried contacting corporate office no response. Service department is terrible from shop manager on down. I respect Dale Lalman for what he does and his people skills, so this isn't on him. Worst service department EVER!!!
5-31-24 Sent email as directed below NO response. Never seen a company run in this fashion.
Must be worried about their multi million dollar facility they are putting up.
My advice take your service issues else where these people don't care.

Looking for rake parts,after five attempts to reach the parts department via phone over a two hour period was finally connected (never received the promised return call)After talking to the parts person was informed that they could not cross reference the part numbers. Thanked him for his time and then contacted a dealer in Nebraska who cross referenced the parts and shipped the to location. Was totally disappointed in service level and professional level as my local dealer l will be very hesitant to work with this organization in the future.

I must be too small of a farmer, I can't get the service department to respond. Always too busy will call you back. Never return calls. Maybe the squeaky wheel gets oil first?

We came in for the Christmas open house. Noone talked to us and people that looked at us looked like they were looking down on us. Made us feel so uncomfortable we left, which is sad cus i was gona come back and get my son a tractor for Christmas or birthday. I probably will not be coming back anytime in the future.

There isn't any sense in going in there unless your a farmer or they know you, I've been in there for my last time trying to buy parts, I've tried to trade in my mower for a new expensive one the guy was no help, seems like he didn't want to make money that day. Front parts counter didn't seem to know what a 6inch to 5inch exhaust reducer was after I stood there for ten minutes then shunned like I was the stupid one... 👎👎👎
