I had two tanker live loads back to back, quick and easy check-in at gate 8. The two different guards were friendly, and the loaders were also friendly.

If you are not picking up a pre loaded trailer, don't get a load here! I will save you some time and fuel, "Call your Dispatch!" Tell them that you need a different load! Seriously, this place was a waste of time, 4 hours after I arrived, they got around to telling me that my 309 number was no good. This was after telling me that I had 1 truck in front of me to be loaded after 2 hours.

Very slow service the “security guards” working have no idea what they are talking about and it seems Ike the only response they know is “contact your dispatch” a load that is suppose to delivery tonight which is live unload they are saying will take couple of days to unload. Very unprofessional, unorganized and no work ethic.
