Our daughter and son-in-law are moving to Arizona and rented a house that was in need of cleaning. I contacted Alice’s House Cleaning and she responded within hours. We set a meeting at the house the next day and she provided a price to do the job. She was able to clean the next day and did a fantastic job. This is a large two story home and we couldn’t have been more pleased. I would definitely recommend Alice’s to anyone looking for good house cleaning.

I felt it imperative to write a review on one of the reviews. The woman's negativity is unacceptable. It is always okay to let an organization know when and where they might improve their service, but it is just rude to be snarky and lacking in helpful solutions. Lizbeth Turner has written 7 reviews on Google businesses and they are all the same: negative, mean-spirited, and unhelpful to anyone reading them.

As to PORA, this is an ever-changing organization whose mission to to help the community they serve.

I went to bingo there a few weeks ago. The staff was very rude to me. There were people who were selling papers AND playing, (which violates Arizona Gaming laws). When I brought that to the bingo managers attention (Rachel), she started yelling at me, telling me that everyone does that and that she talks to the bingo commissioner everyday, and that I don't so I should be quiet, and shut my mouth. She kept being rude to my colleague and I all night long.

Staff very helpful, friendly . Informative. Went to a presentation on vacations which was disappointing. Did NOT think it was a sales presentation. But now I know how it works when events are offered at PORA.. they are not sponsored by PORA,, sales pitch are renting rooms . Which is ok .
An addition now to Pora! Gallery that sells crafts and art pieces since the Village store closed.
The Galleria is now featuring different artists on First Fridays. They display the arts and crafts of people in the community beautifully . Paintings, clay ,wood , metal , quilting, glass , jewelry, etc. Now opened Saturdays. Mon- Sat 9-3.

Goofy, zoned-out staff. When I called the woman refused to speak to me unless I paid to be a member. And I was not asking for a referral, just a general question. The next woman I talked to was ditzy space cadet who could not understand a very simple question. They probably are worth their salary.
