Right when I walked through the doors of the rental office to check in I was greeted by Jenny telling me that she would be right with me while she was already helping another customer which made me feel very welcomed and thats 5 star customer service if u ask me! She gave me and the other customer she was initially assisting a quick tour to our storage units showing us how to get through the gate utilizing the mobile app and the gates keypad. Jenny made the whole process quick fast and easy! Even though she was the only employee working the front desk knowing that other customers were going to be coming in, she went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of! Thank you Jenny, you are a gem!

I was having trouble online with my reservation so I decided to go in person for more help. Arlette was the firs person to greet me. She was very helpful and kind with her assistance. She helped me compete my reservation in person and gave me a complete tour of the building. She explained everything well, and seemed very passionate about her work. So far, my first impressions have been very good with Public Storage and their employees

I have to start by saying that all the girls who work here are amazing. I have never had an issue on the contrary they are always more than helpful. The facility is always clean. Highly recommended
