Kappa Alpha Theta Sorority at Fresno State has used the services of Purl's for over 15 years. Our sorority house is a home to 40 live in Active members and a house mom who oversees the property. Purl's has always been here for us from replacing units (we have a total of 6), replacing air ducts, replacing thermostates, servicing our 2 swamp coolers in the kitchen, cleaning the dryer vents and a maintenance package of servicing our units two times a year. If something goes south they have been quick to respond. We definitely can count on Purl's! We appreciate them and recommend them highly. ?

Recently our air conditioner gave out on the Saturday before the beginning of what was to be many hot days during the 4th of July holiday. We were able to make contact with Purl's and Representative Jeff Fagan came out to meet with us first thing Monday morning. Jeff was very helpful and informative . We decided to replace our entire HVAC (split) system with a new efficient system that met our needs. We were fortunate to have a crew available and ready to remove the old and install the new on Wednesday morning. Chuck, Sal & Mario did a great job showing courtesy and professionalism the entire time. They covered up the closet wardrobe, entryway and hallway with plastic and kept any dust, insulation to a very minimum and cleaned up behind all of the work done. They made it a priority to install the new air conditioner first so we would have a comfortable cool home once again which we really appreciated. We are beyond grateful to the entire staff from the initial point of contact until the end. Purl's has been a staple in Madera for a very long time. My wife Ofelia, our fur babies and I appreciate them all. Thank you !

For two years we had a radiant floor heater that no one could repair. By chance I called Purl’s
‘Sheet Metal & Air Conditioner service. The service person arrived the next day, spent about 2 hours trouble shooting the equipment. And it has worked perfectly ever since. This is a great company with well trained people. Definitely recommend.

WOW...I don't even know where to start!!! Great customer service, straight forward and to the point. We had a blower motor fail on a Carrier unit on a Friday (mind you this is a 24-7 call center)...contacted Purl's just before lunch on the same day...I expected to hear "oh we cant make it out till next week," just like all the other service companies were telling me but to my surprise I did not get that response from Purl's...the response I had was them trying to make every effort to help us out as soon as possible. After giving more details about our situation to Purl's they were proactively doing research on finding a motor before we had even committed to getting them out to fix the issue. I knew right then and there they were going to be the ones to get us up and running that same day!!! That is exactly what happened, they came to the rescue with the correct motor on hand, replaced and tested the system and we were up and running at close of business the same day. Best transaction I have been part of. Thank you Pat and the Purl's team for a job well done!!!
