The place is a joke. Nepotism runs rampant (more than half of upper management is related or married in), there is zero consideration for the employees and their lives outside of work, almost everything management says is disingenuous, complete disregard for safety (we had a propane leak so bad that is was only fixed when and EMPLOYEE called the fire dept after her shift) the only perk is occasional bonuses and the co workers in the actual labor force.

I would just like to take the time to thank Jim and Ryan for making such a difference in all our life’s. As I looked around today at our company BBQ it made me feeling thankful for all you do and the difference you make in our lives. I wonder how many realized what you truly do for all of us. You gave all the abilities to pay our mortgage,car payments, food , and everything else we pay.
