Check status of order often, If products go back order they will hold entire order with no follow-up. Over a week behind on a project due to not knowing parts had been back ordered. Called and told "Hoping" would be in that day, but no movement until called up 2 days later asking for partial shipment and refund.

Have used in past with no issues, but will question in future, was trying to support a small business vs just ordering connectors off amazon or e-bay but bit me.
