My first time at this location and it couldn’t have been any better. Staff was polite, attentive and punctual. My ultrasound technician made sure I was comfortable and informed. The radiologist was available immediately after and read my results, explaining everything and answering my questions. I would definitely recommend and will return when further services are needed.

It was a scary, emotional traumatizing experience, but Dr. Jaswal took the time to draw a picture and explain all the details to me. He spoke to me every step of the process, so there were no surprises. He has a great bedside manner, which is very important to chicken patients like me. Also, the assistant/tech was very kind and put her hand on my back during the procedure, which made me feel supported and well cared for. It made a big difference to be treated with such kindness.

The staff was courteous, the wait time was minimal, and the technician went above and beyond to help me. I was extremely nervous and she explained things step by step. I'm a hard stick and she took her time and didn't seem annoyed. I would highly recommend going here!

Everyone was very nice but oh my God the music in the waiting area is unbearable. It was some new pop radio channel and not appropriate for a relaxing waiting area in a radiology center. I felt tortured.
