new client 1 day ago I took my 2009 Nissan Versa, be careful, you have to make an appointment so it's good that you call before you go, I only took it because the air wasn't working and I also did an oil change, I left, left my car and today I They called and it was ready. Let me tell you that the reviews don't lie. These people are incredible. They did an excellent job. They treat you with kindness. Their mechanic was also very kind. The service was truly excellent. I would definitely go back to them every time. oil change or any problem here I will really come thank you very much for your professionalism and good work😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Absolutely the worst mechanic experience I have ever had. They were able to get me in the next day to diagnose my car which I thought was great. Called me up was very sure they found the issue. I inquired further informing Ken that I planned on not keeping this car much longer and if it seemed like this could be anything else or more serious I’d just get rid of the car. Nope he assured me this was indeed the issue, a pricey repair but I went against my gut with his knowledge. Tells me it will be done by week end depending on when part arrives. Unfortunately it being only vehicle is hard but that’s understandable. Well end of week comes and I hear nothing so I call to be told “oh ya we won’t be able to get to it today, we will have it back to you Monday”. Awful so nonchalant about someone needing their car. Now comes Monday, no call.. no clue what’s going on. So I go there near end of day to get told they forgot the oil change, I don’t care I need my car! So as I’m cashing out for this repair Ken doesn’t tell me anything is wrong besides forgetting an oil change. Well… less than 48 hrs later my car is not working (doing the exact same thing I brought it in for). Understandably upset I go right back to which I get greeted with a “well that sucks” as I’m explaining it’s doing the same thing I just paid $700 for. With the fast reply from Ken that ohhh it must be another repair issue that’s 6.5 hrs of labor with exact cost…. Quick recap I asked him multiple times that he was sure this was the correct issue, now suddenly oh it could have been something else which is much more serious. He knew when he handed me my keys back before I left that there was another issue, he was aware before I even returned. Absolutely unbelievable. And no I won’t be getting a refund on the repair they did that wasn’t needed, I won’t be getting credited for that towards the correct repair. Just whoopsie right? I’ve never had such a huge overall poor experience at any mechanic. They aren’t knowledgeable, they aren’t caring, and they aren’t efficient. Go anywhere but here! Hell diy your own repairs you’ll be better off! Also I know someone who went here years ago and they accidentally broke brake lines and they made him pay for there accident! Had I known that before this I’d not of gone! Absolutely avoid this establishment.

Thorough oil change, then they worked hard to find the problem I was having on my car, found a reasonably priced part and took care of that. I wanted to feel comfortable with a friendly mechanic in my neighborhood, and they made that easy.

They helped me fix my front tire that was going flat. They found nail in front passenger side tire and said best to replace both front tires for safety and best performance.

They are untrustworthy and untruthful they told me they could pull a motor with out pulling the transmission witch is a lie thier no possible way they could have done that with out cause father damage to the axles and the transmission it’s self. with their being not room to dismount the transmission in the engine bay I would not recommend them the first day I had the car back the check engine light came on and then 2 weeks later my axle mounting bolts some backed out and some snapped causing the axel to brake my transmission
