The team at Rainbow came right out on a Sunday afternoon when our sub pump stopped working. We had plans to leave town that day and they took care of the entire job while we were away, providing updates along the way. We were able to enjoy our trip knowing things were being taken care of properly at home. Highly recommend!

Had a toilet valve that leaked unnoticed and caused some water damage and mold in the garage. Within half an hour of emailing Rainbow International, I received a response and had a appointment to receive an estimate. The evaluator was up front about them likely not being the cheapest in town.

After receiving the estimate and deciding to move forwards we were able to get service done within a few days. The cleanup crew was informative, professional, thorough and quick. All in all, the issue was fixed in just over a week and they contacted/arrived exactly when they said they would.

Update: I am updating this review to say that after having additional carpet cleaning done, I am even more impressed. The technician, Wayne Briggans, went beyond my expectations to revive a rug I was sure could not be restored. Everyone at Rainbow was great to deal with. I highly recommend this business.

Rainbow International is fantastic! Professional, friendly, courteous and prompt! We had our carpets cleaned before moving into our house.They were able to get out some cat urine spots left by the precious owners. Voila! Our house smells great! Great quality work and great quality people! Will be using to clean our apartment before final walkthrough as well. If you need to have your carpets given some TLC look no further!

A team from Rainbow arrived at our home within 30 minutes of making the call for help. We felt like the cavalry had arrived! Our washing machine on the upper level overflowed and caused lots of water damage to the floor below. Rainbow's quick action prevented a bad situation from getting much worse. They stayed with us for the next 3 days as their equipment got everything dried out and repaired. So grateful to them for their attention to detail plus they left no trace behind! Can't recommend them highly enough!
