I have a 1950s Florida ranch that had a bad roof when l bought it in 2005. My RE agent begged me not to buy it-- the roof was already a wreck. For 18 years l patched all the leaks, but it got out of control from Hurricane Ian. Rams Construction was recommended to me by a neighbor who is a contractor.
l didn't even know there were still contractors in FL like this. Rams started as soon as the permits were approved. A team of a dozen demo workers filled 4 dumpsters with debris--- rotten wood, mold and termite damaged. There was a complete clean up each of the 4 days they worked here. They replaced rot that was not part of the original understanding.
I've been to the shop, it is immaculate and big. Well equipped , and a fleet--- seriously--- of new service vehicles. My contact picks up on the first ring. I did not believe service like thIs exists in FL! Looking forward to 2 more projects with them this fall.

Ram construction does phenomenal work. I am very pleased with their quality and promptness on the job. I had my carport with attached shed, the lanai roof and re-screening done On my manufactured home. The work exceeded all my expectations. They even upgraded some of the materials used. I would recommend them to anyone Needing roofing or construction, whether in a mobile home or house. Thank you, RamConstruction!!

Contractor never pulled a permit for the work done. After multiple calls with a few responses and promises of completing the work the city is not ready to sue for failure to get a permit for the partial work that has been done. I would NEVER hire them again or recommend them to anyone looking to have work completed, IF they ever pull a permit for any work done. !! Been dealing with this for 10 months now !

An appointment was scheduled for Nov 8, 2022 @2-3pm.
There sent a calendar reminder. No one showed up, no call to cancel or reschedule and when I texted the person who sent me the text calendar invite received no response. Would not recommend this company. Professional courtesy dictates if one not going to show up for an appointment to have the common courtesy to call and let the person know or reschedule.
