I can only recommend that people do their research and hire a licensed and verifiable contractor. This company provided work under expired listed license numbers with Nassau County and the result was evident they were just out to scam the customer. Hired to do a complete bathroom remodel - left job 75% undone - installed exhaust vent without venting it to outside environment. Installed radiant flooring without fully understanding how radiant flooring should be installed. The list goes on and on and of course he is now gone and won’t return calls.

Moral of the story- know who you’re hiring and verify their credentials.

I hired Joe saw the advertisement in local Penny saver. $7500 3days..seems to good to be true..it is a bait and switch...job not completed unable to get him back to finish. Wrong cabinet put in, countertop not cut to proper size. He did not remove old flooring and now the bathroom floor is not level with hallway...the countertop is cut into the door molding because it is to wide...the cabinet is 24×22 instead of 24x18...made my small bathroom even smaller. He did not build a subfloor in my shower area when tub was build. He put 1 screw in my shower bars on each side...cuts corners to rush to the next job...and takes all.materials with him; including tile, sheetrock, grout Promises to come back have not seen him yet...after.numerous texts. Very disappointed. Removed my window ledge and did not replace. Hold back monies until punch list is completed otherwise or do not waste your time and money for someone to rush and take shortcuts...get EVERYTHING IN WRITING...call references not just look at pics. I now have to pay again fix numerouse problems; because of him rushing to complete the job.
He still has not came by to resolve the numerouse issues

Listed in the classified section of hometown market place that comes out weekly as well as penny saver with the same old ad that the company has listed for years. Was kind of excited to have saved up some money to have 2 bathrooms redone and thought great a budget bathroom would work for me as I see the same ad every week over the last few years. The ad reads......

Bathroom Special $3950........5x8 full bathroom - complete rip out and removal. EVERYTHING BRAND NEW!

First question he asked over the phone ..... did you buy the tub, sink fixtures ect.... I say I shopped for them and made out a list at Home Depot for when I was ready to tackle the bathroom. I said I have 2 bathrooms that need to be done and not looking for anything fancy just a basic bathroom. I ask what the $3950 included as his ad says everything new. He said I need to only purchase a vanity and sink and he supplies the tub and tiles, faucets and that tiles only surround the tub - this includes floor. He said he doesn’t paint. I said great and secured an appointment.
He came to my home a few days later
He saw my first bathroom which is a standard Levittown bath. We sat down to chat and his tune changed ........ the price listed he said is only for his
labor. FALSE ADVERTISING is what I said. So now he gives a song and a dance avoiding eye contact and says he did not know the ad was written and placed like that and he had to speak to the girl that had written the ad. Really..... the same ad has been used for ever. FOS. So I say your “fee is just like everyone else and your not giving any deal whatsoever. The point is that if your trying to deceive people with just an ad then why would I then want to do business with you- the trust already has been tarnished. He doesn’t have a website and nor could I find reviews for him. He did however have some photos of his work on his phone to show me. Unfortunately, due to the bait and switch tactic he lost my business. Get your advertising correct please.

Highly recommend! They do great work and are extremely friendly! I had my driveway expanded with all pavers and within a weeks time the whole project was completed. Couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

20 years they poured a 4 car drive in cement. The following year it started to crack, Stephen did nothing about it. 20 years it is all cracked up, and I look at my neighbors who have had their driveways done long before me and are still all in one piece with no cracks. My adivce, is to not use Randazzo Construction. I never forget who treats me poorly.

Had a bathroom renovation. They installed a used tub in my new bathroom. The work was horrible. My floor is already starting to come up. Cracked areas around the tub installation. Horrible work!

Old world style craftsman brickwork. Took their time installing an exceptional quality retaining wall and walk way. Would highly recommend.
