Had my coolant system break on the boat. Fixed it and while we were out at Milford lake ran into a separate problem with the trailer and came out to the lake to help. Service beyond the norm! Great staff to. It's a mom and pop shop but way better than the industry "boat shops".

If zero stars were an option I would have given that. The owner lied to us multiple times over the phone about having our seats reupholstered. We dropped the boat off 2 months ago, paid the $3,000 deposit (of the $5,000 estimate) and were told it would be done prior to Memorial Day weekend.....the morning we went to pick the boat up we called to inquire about the progress and were told it should be done in about an hour and a half (we gave them about 4 hours due to repeatedly getting every excuse under the sun as to why the timeline was constantly being pushed back). When we got there to pick up our boat the back bench seat was in the upholstery room, not done, what was done was subpar quality work and the remaining seats had not been touched. The lies that were told tell you all you need to know about this business owners character. Don't waste your time or money on this guy.

Randys Marine Service worked wonders on my boat. They started out the service by picking up my boat and ended the service by putting my boat in the water and riding along with me to help me get familiar with operating the boat. These guys are amazing!!!

Best service ever. These guys spent almost 8 hours with me trying to get my boat off the lake when it broke down. True, kind hearted people. Definitely give them a call if you break down and need a tow back to the docks.

Brought in a bayliner 1600 I hauled from MN that was in questionable condition to say the least. I am a new boat owner with very limited knowledge so I brought it in to get a once over. As suspected there was more than met the eye with it issue wise. I was contacted quickly by Travis and informed of the problems and possible solutions, they got everything up to par and very quickly! I was out of state for work for a month and they were nice enough to let me store my boat there until I was back in town to pick it up. On top of all that, I have called and spoken to Randy (hopefully not annoying the gentleman too much) a few times with issues (mostly due my own ignorance I'll admit) and he was willing to talk me through the problem and get me spun up on the basics, even offered to show me how to do something if I stopped by with the boat! Great experience all around and this is where I will be bringing my boat for any needs in the future.

ATTENTION........do not bring your boat to be repaired in this place!!!!! from March 30 to today May 6 did nothing !!!!! Workshop run by the son who only knew how to make fun of me with constant answers that he was working on it!!!!! result: the boat was in the same condition as when I brought it over a month ago... all the staff have left the business, so they work alone..... badly and not much!!!! if you want to waste time, here you have found the "RIGHT" place and if you try to complain, his arrogance will tell you that you are boring him and that you can go somewhere else workshop...... congratulations for the " EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT" with customers......... too bad I can't put ZERO STARS

We had a breakdown on 4th of July weekend, we called them up, they knew exactly what we were talking about and they had the parts we needed. Very helpful, Travis took extra time to answer a few questions about boat service.

I took my boat to another shop first and they couldn’t figure the issue out. 2 weeks later I finally got it back and I figured I’d give these guys a shot. Travis helped me from start to finish and was very informative. They had my boat back to me in less than a week and it runs like a top! Thank you guys! 10 stars!!!!
