Kurt and crew just installed new handle bars, cables, changed all bike fluids and completed a safety inspection on my 2013 Road King. I just had an antique metal headboard & footboard enlarged from a standard size to a queen size. This required fabrication, welding, sandblasting & powder coating. There were delicate rosets on the frame that needed restoration as well. I chose fireside copper for the new color (previously white) and I'm very happy with the outcome! I have struggled with what to do with this family treasure for years and now have a beautiful work of art that is also functional! Great job one & all!

I rarely leave bad reviews however noticing rust on something that was powder coated only five months ago warrants a review.

I prefer to Shop local services then give big box stores money in their pocket.

I was referred to Raw Customs through a friend. I spoke with CJ the owner and oddly enough, our beginning conversation he repeatedly told me how expensive powder coating was going to be (front and back bumpers) at this point I’m convinced he did this so he could jack up the price. However, he swore to me that they do thick coatings and really talked to their company up as one would. The other reviews seem to be decent on the site. I asked if they also installed items and he said yes. My major concern was the sensors in the back bumpers. He said he would get a hold of Jeep that he knew someone and they would tell him how to put them in the bumpers. They took my items powder coated them. Once the items were powder coated, they were not any holes that were pre-drilled for the sensors prior to the powder coating so they were going to have to ruin the powder coating to put the sensors in. I gave my vehicle to them for a couple days to install and nothing was even Installed for over a day and a half And that was only because I texted and called. A lot of empty promises were made, and CJ the owner had the audacity to be upset with me because of their miscalculation and mishaps on their end. A wire that they claim was hanging loose, was tacked back up, but when they tacked it back up, they tacked it to a moving arm which then ruined the wires and cost me another $200 at the dealership. The dealership knows Raw Custom’s name and has now placed them on the list to never recommend their customers to. When I went to pick up my vehicle, the owner CJ said and I quote this looks like crap because the white that he powder coated did not match the body of the car. There were a few areas that were damaged in the powder coating when they were adhering the front bumper and were touched up and are 100% noticeable. CJ did offer for me to be able to come back for him to fix the color matching. However, at this point, I didn’t want them to touch my vehicle any more than necessary. I was willing to overlook all of that even though I paid around between $4500-5500 for everything which is well overpriced. However, ONLY five months later and there’s rust starting on the areas that were powder coated. CJ is unorganized, over promises and under delivers and I would be very leery if you use this shop in the future. My car was sitting there, and they had the front and back bumpers powder coated before they were even installed and had the ability to notice that the color was off, however they were still installed them, ate up my time, and then offered for me to come back at another point in time, which to me is poor business, a lack of the customers consideration of their time and definitely does not scream that they are one that pays attention to detail.
I would like to say the individuals in his shop the other workers other than the owner were very nice and very kind. However, the attitude of CJ, the cockiness and lack of skills for any type of business will be that shops demise especially in a small town is Chino.

I needed a trailer hitch installed on my trike. I stopped by Raw Customs and they were more than happy to help me. Curt did the installation of the hitch along with all the wiring needed and even fixed a loose muffler. I couldn’t be happier with the work that Curt did but also with the quick turnaround to get my bike back on the road. The entire staff at Raw Customs are very friendly and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend anyone to check out Raw Customs.

These guys did an absolutely fantastic job with my Polaris RZR. They did a full oil/fluids change and inspection making it run much better. CJ did a powder coating on a new roof that looks incredible and they were able to cut slits in it for a light bar I have. Overall amazing job and I am very happy with their work.

I have been searching for a new gloss wheel for our ‘25 Kia Sportage. Opted to powder coat the existing and couldn’t be happier with the result. This is a one stop shop, removal, prep, coat, remount and balance. Highly recommend this shop.
