Ray’s is a very well stocked store for its size and for the size of the town. Good old fashioned service too with guys who take your groceries out for you. Not only that, I requested a specific vegetable for a recipe we often make and the woman who orders that area got some in right away. Great place to stop in.

I bought donuts that were in a box bout two weeks ago and we open them, I really debated bout this ,so here goes. The donuts were very hard and dry couldn't eat them. A relative went to talk with them bout this and was told that this never happens,well guess what it did happen, the donuts are usually good yet we decided to use them has hockey pucks that's how hard they are, must say it was fun to hit them ..

Occasionally shop in larger cities. I have compared prices at larger stores such as Hyvee & Dillons, so many of the everyday items I frequently purchase are priced lower at Ray's !!

Rays deli is fantastic the manger within it is helpful and really knowledgeable about everything! The entire store is real great! Our small town and county is blessed to have it. Everyone is helpful. Selections are plentiful!! Shopping local is easier than ever now.

Ray's in Council Grove is a great store it doesn't always have the cheapest prices but they run lots of specials to make up for it also it's a well kept store & alot cleaner than most and the selection of products is very good
