Alex was the technician that repaired our furnace today. Part price was costly. He gave us the information we needed. He was not pushy in the least. He provided the friendly, efficient and outstanding service we have come to expect from R. B. Spencer. It is great to be warm and comfortable again.

The technician, Sebastian, did a great job explaining the problem we had and how best to repair it. It was in the attic, so he first took pictures of what was causing the problem, then more pictures showing me how he repaired it. He said he'd stop by in a week to make sure everything was still OK.

Alex came out and completed some much needed work on our commercial system to get splits back up and running for over 30 people at our center. He was very polite and courteous and explained exactly what was going on and how he was working to correct the issues. We were so impressed we are trying to set up a contract for ongoing preventative maintenance because of how diligent and professional he was.
