The PM for this project, Ken Mclean, was very much on top of any of the issues I sent him. I was disappointed with the PM, Dusty Ward. When I met on site with him the 1st time he talked a good game but that was not how it turned out. He was quick to say he that he could not hammer the subs but that is his job. This was RE Crawford's first project with Floor & Decor (F&D)and I can tell you that F&D sets very high standards for their GC's and this was a real trial by fire given the schedule. The only other comment I would have is that it appeared to me that the GC had missed several things that were clear in the contract documents. I will be the first one to say that F&D's drawings and specs are huge and most GC's miss things. Overall RE Crawford did a Good, not Great job and I can only hope if they get an opportunity to do another F&D that they will make that a Great experience.

Mr. Stuart Leopold and Ken Mclean are essential components to the company's success. They both ensure that the work is completed within in a timely manner and to the customer's satisfaction.
