Reel Construction Resources did a great job with a renovation of our kitchen, laundry room, and entryway. When planning this project, we formally interviewed 3 companies and reached out to a couple of others as well. Jory came to provide an estimate for our project. We selected Reel Construction because not only of their cost-effectiveness, but also because it was clear from the questions and comments Jory had at the initial visit that he was knowledgeable and experienced, as opposed to other companies that sent salespeople who would not actually be doing the work. He pointed out some potential challenges with the project that while they were not good news, we appreciated the heads up and could tell he knew what to look for. We also appreciated that Reel had no problem letting us select materials from places of our choosing, and purchase materials ourselves if we chose to do so. Some of the other companies we interviewed would only allow us to use their preferred dealers, with materials that far exceeded our budget. However, when we asked for recommendations for good cabinet companies for instance, Reel put is in touch with a great company that actually was able to come in under the other company we had found ourselves.

Once the project got started, we were impressed with all of the Reel employees and subcontractors that worked on our project. Everyone was professional and skilled at their work. While living through a renovation is never easy, we appreciated that they kept the project area pretty clean and tidy. If we ever had questions, Jory and Sarah were always responsive. They stopped by throughout the project to check on progress and make sure everything was getting done properly. Our house is very old and some unforeseen conditions came up, which is to be expected. Reel Construction and their subs were good about informing us when things came up, and we felt that their pricing for these additional items was fair.

The final product looks great, and was completed in a timely manner. We will definitely keep Reel Construction in mind for any future projects we may have.

We remodeled two bathrooms, and are very pleased with the outcome! Jory’s team was terrific (Thomas on demolition, kept surrounding clean and safe and done quickly, Brad was an excellent foreman and did terrific work on the all the installation, and Alex was fantastic with the tile, quite the artist, painter/plasterer was quick, clean, and did a great job). Jory is all about the quality and very responsive. We did butt heads on design a bit but as we listened to Jory’s concerns and he listened to our care about we arrived at a fantastic product. We appreciate all the hard work and effort. Bathrooms are great. Recommend having a great outside designer and product person like Barbara Langan at Old World Cabinetry for fixtures also as knowledgeable people are instrumental in the outcome as well. Amazing! Great work at a great price! We had our 1.5 baths fully remodeled and our full condo floor redone with LVP. Jory, Bridgette and team are very responsive, helpful and great at what they do. We couldn’t be happier and more appreciate. We will definitely use them next time.

Reel Construction did my "hurricane build back" after Milton. Not only were they super quick to respond and come out for a quote during a surely busy time, they did great work. They were super communicative and fast. They did drywall, baseboards, complete kitchen reno/backsplash, as well as some minor plumbing and electrical. Their estimate was fair and accurate and the only thing that may have slowed them down was me deciding to go with a different company for flooring. I recommend letting them handle everything. If I need these services again, Reel will be my first call, I could not be happier with the results!

Extremely happy with our kitchen renovations by Reel Construction. Everyone who has seen it loves it, too. Space is open and bright. All flooring, ceiling, painting, and installation workers did a great job, including clean-up.

5 stars all the way, Reel construction just finished a remodel of our condo on Sunset Beach. Jory and Sarah were a pleasure to work with. From start to finish they communicated with us on every step of the project. They were always available to answer questions and concerns. Sarah was a great help ordering product for the job and keeping everything moving forward. Jory was very attentive to all the details of the project, and the job was completed on schedule.
