Best contractor we have ever worked with! Mike and his team did an amazing job. The proposal process was comprehensive and transparent. Mike was particularly helpful consulting on deck design, colors and finishes, and lighting. The project started and finished on time, with all the moving pieces (dumpster, material delivery, demolition) meticulously organized. The team was professional, friendly, and kept the worksite clean and organized during the two week project. The owner, Mike Regan, was engaged from start to finish. The project even finished under-budget! I highly recommend Regan Total Construction.

We worked with Mike and his team on a brand new Trex deck. We loved working with Mike. He was extremely responsive, had great ideas for us to implement as we were discussing the project, and had the deck completed in a timely manner and looking great! With this being our first deck project - Mike made the process extremely easy and answered all of questions. His team was professional and did a great job with the build, cleaning up, and having the deck ready to go. Mike coordinated with plumbers and electricians to make sure this project incorporated all of our deck needs. We can't wait to start using it!

Thanks to Regan Total Construction we could not be happier with our new multi level Trex deck. Mike and his team were amazing to work with from first meeting to completed project. Mike is a true professional and was so accommodating during the planning process. His quick responses to our questions and excellent design suggestions helped us feel empowered and confident every step of the way. They removed our old wooden deck, replaced it with beautiful composite trex decking and rails, and added a second lower level deck all in about 3 weeks once construction began. I am writing this review with a view of my new deck and could not be happier. From my initial contact with Mike Regan, I was 100% sure he would be the contractor that we went with when we first considered getting our new composite deck. Mike emailed me back promptly, taking the time to address each and every one of my questions in detail. His knowledge and attention to detail was evident immediately. It was clear that he was methodical and thoughtful and the ultimate professional.

Mike, Matt and every member of the crew were a dream to work with. They were incredibly professional and very hard working. The crew became members of our family that week as my sons excitedly watched their trucks arrive in the morning and loved to watch the construction being done. ("Construction" became the go-to game in our house!) Matt even gave my older son a Regan Total Construction baseball cap which he still wears proudly as his construction hat whenever we go out!

The deck itself is incredible. Sleek and beautiful and has become my favorite view or place to sit. We could not be happier with the finished product or the experience from start to finish, Regan Total construction is a no brainer for your next project.
