I did my Zoom Training call with Maggie yesterday and she was very thorough in describing now to set up and to work my sleep apnea machine. She was very pleasant and worked with me to make sure my mask fit properly and to give me advice on to make adjustments if needed. My first night score was a 95 percent, so it looks like she did her job.

I met with a Registered Respiratory Therapist via Zoom for an hour long session, where we reviewed my new CPAP machine. She was FANTASTIC - very kind and patient with all of my questions; she made sure that I fully understood everything, including the things specific to my personal care. She had me demonstrate things so that she could confirm I was doing them correctly - something I had worried would be less able to do remotely vs in person - and I left 100% confident in what I am doing. I recommend them very highly and am so glad that I am a client.

Had my fitting with Chantee Jackson and I could not be happier! Very relaxed, patient and informative. She took the time to explain the entire process, made sure my fitment was just right and had me removed and fit the device many times myself. She thoroughly explained the maintenance details as well as reordering components and approximate frequency I would need to order from. She was patient, kind and thorough. I am thrilled with my experience here and will return here for future equipment needs.
