We have recently filed two complaints with ROC. In both cases, we did not feel protected or helped by the ROC and both cases were closed and the contractors have no record of any complaints. I definitely will not bother with this process in the future or consider contractors licensing to be any assurance of quality work.

Kind of hard to find. But staff is knowledgeable. Visited twice a week apart. Receptionist remembered me and enough about my case to offer some quick answers. Caseworker not only helped me but managed to get my contractor compliant with the law. Extremely satisfied.

I only visited this place on line but it is extremely helpful if you are hiring a contractor. You can look your potential hire by license number, or business name. This allows you to see if the contractor has a valid license, any past, or current complaints. You can even mail a copy of the report to you or someone else.

We called this contractor and made an appointment for Monday, May 9 at 5:00 pm. The person my husband spoke with was Ceasar. However, not only did he not show up but failed to call us. We left a message on his phone but again was ignored. This is not a good business practice to tell someone you would be at their home at a certain time and then not follow through. Our time is just as important as your time. Very disappointed! The contractor was RCG Construction.

We have websites that should help us. In this site we should be able to see a picture of the contractor that filed for his license. I recently had a contractor have his nephew who is not licensed do the contract and it came up as the job was botched. Why isn't the r.o.c. using simple things like showing a picture of who filed for a license on thier website these contracts are tens of thousands of dollars. Shame on the registry for protecting these illegitimate contractors and shady ones.

When you place a complaint in about a contractor, they mail you a jar of personal lubricant. This prepares you for what you will experience as a consumer. A corrupt and outdated system of enforcement that is so ridiculous, it’s is obviously placed there as a farce. You basically have no hope with this group of so-called professionals. The old-boys network lives and breathes in Arizona friends...
