very easy to book appointment. arrived within given window of time with phone call just before. I have forgotten the person’s name but he was friendly, quick and efficient at figuring out the problem. would recommend their services and use again.

The serviceman was wonderful!! The problem has been intermittent, making it difficult to diagnose, yet the serviceman was persisted until he was able to reproduce it. He was also persistent with the manufacturer, who wanted to claim customer error. On a previous visit, this repairman suggested I take photos when I had this error, which I did.

Dominic has come to my house at least three times for appliance repair services. He is absolutely amazing and I feel so comfortable with him, as a single woman, letting him in my home while he does his job. He's also gone above and beyond and helped me with other little things around the house (appliance wise)that I was worried about.

Reliable Appliabce also helped me in a bind when my stove went out three days before Thanksgivig last year...They are a wonderful company, and I strictly use them for all my needs in the valley.

Also wanted to comment on the below review from the former employee… I work for Home Depot appliance warehouse in Anchorage (handles ALL HD appliances in all Alaska stores)

All the stores in the valley do exactly what he is saying… So reliable appliances are doing nothing wrong by utilizing the same services for discounted options. That employee doesn't know what they are talking about.

Home Depot, Lowe's and other distributors sell to the appliance places at a cut and that's how we get rid of our penny appliances that can no longer be sold. Trash/destroy or GIVE to appliance wholesalers. The store is not marking up in a way that is harmful to consumers. They're still saving you tons of money by selling items that Home Depot or Lowe's would've trashed.

We rarely to never call for repair services, preferring home repair as much as possible. We weren’t gonna mess around with our gas oven though, so we called Reliable Appliance and Austin was so efficient and professional. I appreciated how patient & informative he was with my questions. He made quick work of our igniter issue and I’ll be holding on to his card.

Our washer machine was covered under warranty, the mother board went out and the door lock mechanism, the brand company sent the wrong parts but the Reliable employee DOMINICK expedited new parts and was on call to install the same day that they arrived! THANK YOU DOMINICK! Such a friendly interaction!
