Susan was the best project manager. Super responsive and fast. The teams that she deployed worked very quickly and I'm so pleased with the quality and results as they repaired drywall, tile, trim, and carpet in my flooded basement.

We would like to thank Kevin and his crew for rebuilding our home after a fire. We were at a complete loss, and from start to finish, he was there to help us. RUI was wonderful to work with - DJ, Frank and Isi helped us navigate a difficult insurance rebuild and was available via phone/text/email whenever we needed them. The work they did was exactly what we wanted, and they went above and beyond in the work they did, and helping us navigate with our insurance claim.

Our house fire was devastating and we had to rebuild. Susan with RUI was the best. She was very professional and helped us the entire process. Quick to return calls and quick to solve any issues I had. They treated me fairly and exceeded my expectations. Susan was the best thing during a horrible situation. I have zero complaints and enjoyed working with her. Our house was completed on time and is so beautiful.
If you need an insurance repair you should choose RUI and request for Susan to handle it. You will not be disappointed .
