The recent wind storms this January caused damage to the less than five year old roof on my ADU, we converted to handicapped accessible for my bed bound wife.
The damage was directly above our sleeping area, causing us great concern about getting the roof repaired before the next rain.
We contacted the contractor in hopes we had some type of warranty, he refused to provide any assistance, leaving us in dire situation.
Although, the roof damage was a small area, we were receiving ridiculous estimates.
Rescue Roofing, was able to help us out for a fraction of price other roofing companies were giving.
Abe, was fantastic in facilitating getting the work done promptly. The job only took one person and matter of only a few hours.
The technician matched the shingles so well, I cannot tell a difference.

My parents needed help finding roofers that could assess and fix or replace their 17+ year old roof so their insurance can get renewed. I didn’t know much about it and decided to turn to Yelp. I went through ‘Yelp Guaranteed’ because of the $2500 coverage using their ‘request quote’ system. Glad I did - received quotes within minutes - more than I needed actually!

Rescue Roofing was top 5 on there and were one of the first ones to reply on a Friday so we set up a Free inspection for the coming Monday. Allen and Mike showed up on time at my parents’ residence ready for the inspection - they took their time with it and were super professional but casual in the way they handled themselves.

I already paid for a quote from another roofer but these dudes came prepared to show me exactly what they saw and why they thought we needed a new roof. They gave me a quote, showed me materials and guided me through the entire process of roof replacement - from the financing to contracts, inspections, what to expect and a very specific timeline which was super helpful since it was a busy time for me. Most importantly they did it without any of the typical salesman pitch, pressure and posturing. Show the customer all the facts, your product and what your service can offer and let them decide!

Because of the confidence I had in Allen and Mike we made a decision that night and signed docs the next day. They started the process that week and kept me in the loop about their schedule and the whole thing was done in about a week and a half. From beginning to end we knew what to expect and was never in the dark and that made the difference.

Roof looks great and my parents have peace of mind that they made a wise decision and a sound investment going with the good people at Rescue Roofing. Thanks again Allen and Mike!

The response time was amazing. Adam showed up when scheduled. Came in assessed the situation and was able to tell it was not my roof. My rain gutters were clogged. Honest and Quality work! I will be using rescue roofing construction, for all my future roofing needs. Our foreman Allen, was respectful, knowledgeable, and communicative. We got picture text updates after each day of work. He did inform us about rotting wood where our house connects to our aluminum patio. Allen answered all of our questions and we were able to make an informed decision. Overall, the job was started and finished quickly with no complaints on our end!

Absolutely amazing and top notch work all around. Found them going through yelp, I am always skeptical going that route but man did they change my mind. The staff was friendly responsive and attentive throughout the process and never once made me feel like i was just “another customer”. James is an absolute asset to this company and was able to save me from just doing repairs that would have just bandaided the problem and pointed out that a full replacement would be the best solution to a problem that could have caused more in damage long term than i even considered. I admit that I initially had some reservations in dealing w/ another contractor after experiencing a recent "nightmare" w/ my home renovation - our reno project was not completely done & my licensed contractor has gradually disappear in the picture. However, Allen (RRC Foreman) gained our trust & restored our confidence to pursue our roof project w/ RRC. We are glad we did.
