Would give negative stars if that was possible. Here picking up a load for Florida. Appointment time 12 noon - arrived at 10am. It is now 6:30pm, they haven’t put our load together yet. 1st shift got some of it and now 2nd is supposed to be finishing our load and THEN they will load us. One star is too many. Why have appointments if they can make us sit for hours and hours and hours. We will be late for Florida but, oh well, right?

Arrived 0745 for 0800 appt. 0845 still waiting for door. Dunno wth people are talking about driving skills...plenty of room to back. Been in far far worse....
Will update as day goes on.
Guy next to me showed up 0838...just got a door at 0852. What's up with that?

This place is a joke.
They keep strick appointment times,but in return they keep you waiting.
CI during 1st shift(12pm) left during eng 2nd shift(10:35pm).

They must have improved in recent times. You can expect to be in & out in about 4 hours. They have onsite parking (about a dozen spaces), access to there break room upstairs. Need a decent level of backing skills. Because they are not set up to give you a country mile for you to straight line back. East on the turnpike is a truck stop. No truck scale (@ the time of this post)

Dont forget to unhook chock slide tandem stage on side of building have good backing skills. They will call you when ur done & for door. Here for 5 hours hot load. Nice ppl though. Fill out outbound paper.

I had frozen butter so experience might be different . I got here 16:00 my appt @ 17:00 put me right in a door and started unload . Now what ever is delivering on the other side of the street looks extremely busy but the frozen butter side was awesome !! Yard dog guy was super helpful and polite and nice ! Thanks Reeser’s!! I’m not even mad my mama fed your potato salad to me on every holiday !!! 😃😃😃

Think they pick and choose even though they have a sign that says appointment only been sitting here since 1 pm and still waiting on a door got a door at 130 for a 9pm appointment and they are just now picking the items to be loaded do better
