What a great little stop this weekend! I enjoyed each of the wines I tasted and ended up with a couple of bottles to bring home. The wine was great but the conversation and laughs with Kirk were just as fun! A wonderful Oregon wine experience- in a beautiful little tasting room. Definitely worth the stop.

Terrific spot pretty much in the heart of Ashland, and the only winery with a tasting room in town. It’s perfect for an afternoon break to taste some excellent locally-produced wines while leaving the car parked for the day. Lin was a wealth of information about the wines, local environment, and local food scene. Highly encouraged that anyone spending time in the area stop by!

My wife and I heard that Ashland is becoming a cool wine destination, so we decided to check out Resistance Wine Company, and do a wine tasting before we headed over to the playhouse. The wines are very good! We really enjoyed the 2019 Malbec, and were told that Malbec grapes grow well in the area. The winning wine was the Syrah, which had a lot of red berry flavors, and absolutely delicious! We had to leave with a couple bottles of it. Kirk was very fun to talk with, and shared a lot of interesting facts about the local grape industry. We found out that these guys are in their first year of operation, and they have already won Best of Show at the Oregon Wine Competition. I think they are about to explode in popularity!

Great tasting room in Ashland! Loved my afternoon of wine tasting. Wonderful wines, and lovely people. Brought a few bottles home with me to enjoy. It was perfect to be able to walk from where I was staying in town to the tasting room, no worries about driving. Unfortunately, I had to leave Ashland earlier than expected, so the restaurant recommendations have to wait for a return trip.

Love Lin! And love their wine!!
We strolled in without any expectations and we hit a jackpot!! It’s a true gem in this small town. Their offerings are super impressive and exceeds many of the mediocre stuff in the Rogue Valley. I love everything on my flight but especially the 2022 Rose, 2018 Malbec and 2019 Syrah. PS they welcome well behaved fury companions which is a huge bonus!
