So I like to start by saying I’m really surprised that there aren’t hundreds of reviews especially from the veterinarians and rehab businesses! We found out about Respond Systems close to ten years ago and not long after we purchased on of their pulsation beds for our boy who had leg issues and arthritis very young. He was getting laser once a week and by late 2019 it was twice a week. So we decided to buy their 2400VS laser therapy units. Not only did he really benefit from having it on hand. We have been using it regularly for 4 years now and even upgraded the laser to the Super Pulse. This is the most amazing miracle tool ever. It has help our dogs avoid ACL surgery a few times now. Even surprised the vets after X-rays. We helped horses and friends dogs several times too. I love how extremely nice everyone here is and they are amazingly helpful. Thank you to All of you for years of a great relationship!!!

We love this company.

Months ago I purchased a PEMF bed for my senior pup who was having some issues and struggling. I was doing massage as well as laser weekly (as well as other things) but needed something more for her to keep her comfortable and on track. I found out that they made the PEMF bed my dog uses in massage therapy and set out to purchase one for her. It worked amazing. Originally we were able to get her down to 2 massages a month for the first time in a year just by adding the bed into her daily routine. I have two other dogs that benefit from using the bed as well since they have hip and leg issues. The staff is really kind and helpful. They were able to get the bed to me very quickly and I'm extremely grateful. Totally worth every penny.

The PEMF Mat is just wonderful, my senior dog is so much more comfortable; my sister (Fibromyalgia pain) is using way fewer pain med and I love the quiet calm and better sleep I am experiencing because of it....

Best of ALL! the customer support I've received from Karen and Lisa has been incredible... A glitch with my PEMF mat controls had me writing an email immediately... would you believe that I had a new one couriered to me ... immediately... less than 4 days from my email to resolution...Amazing!! 5 Stars!

I you are on the fence about getting one of these products, they are totally worth every dollar and future-proof. You can send your appliance back for servicing and repairs, mine is now so old (I bought it used from someone) that the parts don't exist anymore, but Respond seems to have a scrapyard of old units to plunder, and my laser came back working like new less than two weeks after sending it off. Thank you Respond Systems !

I JUST WANTED TO SHARE HOW NICE THESE PPL WERE WITH OUR DOG THERE SYSTEM REALLY HELPED OUR DOG WITH ARTHRITUS AND PROLONGED HER LIFE AND MADE HER SO MUCH COMFORTABLE !! AND EVEN AFTER SHE PASSED ABBY WAS KIND ENOUGH TO SEND US SYMPATHY CARD WHICH WAS VERY TOUCHING !!
