Perhaps they are a large multinational company, but that is no reason to ignore someone reaching out for product support. Called them 6 days ago. No reply. Email a day ago, not even an automated response that the message was received, this would generate a auto response by most large companies that the message was received and someone would get back to me by a particular date. Hoping for better support soon.

Sales support is non-existent. No one returns phone calls or emails. We wanted to purchase a product from RFS but ended up having to find another manufacturer after days of emailing and calling with no response. This is the norm with RFS and consistently is an issue.
