We recently had both our well water pump and holding tank crash at the same time! We called Rhodes Pump Service and the guys came out the same day to inspect. They then came back the following day and replaced the water pump and holding tank! Talk about emergency service folks, it doesn't get much better than that! Bill, Dom, and his service techs were fantastic explaining what we truly needed for our water system after reviewing our old water report done in 2019 to our most current report. When our 22 year old well pump failed, it needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, due to rust, the pump was badly stuck, so Rhodes contracted for crane equipment to extract the heavy and deep iron pipe/pump. Realizing we would be without a new pump for nearly a week, Adam devised a way to supply us with water for toilet flushing until job completion.
Throughout this whole process, Bill and his team were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and very professional. I highly recommend their service.

I would recommend Rhodes Pump Services and the owner, Bill Reynolds, to anyone! Bill helped me a handful of years ago by placing a soft water system in our basement. He saved our pipes!

In the middle of my shower on 07/29, my Well Pump died. I knew just who to reach out to. I called Rhodes that morning and Bill and another tech came out personally within a few hours to service my well. They pulled out my well pump from 1988 and redid the wiring quickly and efficiently. My water pressure has never been better. I am going to have Bill come out to re-do our water tank from the 90's this Saturday.

All in all, I would recommend Rhodes in a heart beat.

Our pump was knocked out of service by a lightning strike and Rhodes had a service person out to our house within hours of our call. The service person, Dominick, was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. The pump and tank were replaced as quickly as possible.
