If you work with coax cable, Ripley is going to have the tool to make the job easier. I've worked with them for years and they've always been honest about lead times and ship when they say they will ship, which is a HUGE plus. As long as the estimated ship dates are truthful I can plan around them and they've been consistently accurate. When I've e-mailed Customer Service with questions, Annette has always replied promptly with the answers I needed. Ripley Tools is an easy company to work with.
