This Rite Aid pharmacy gets 5 stars because it is under a new manager and processing prescriptions in hours instead of days. Shelves may be empty of everyday items, but the company has prioritized its pharmacy.

Negassi this new pharmacist is the most unprofessional pharmacist I ever ever spoke to I work for the county in healthcare and have multiple clients that use this store he just refused to answer why I couldn’t pick up meds that I have been picking up routinely one day early for years anytime I tried to speak he immediately would try to talk over me attempt to gaslight and refuse to look into anything I said and was also attempting to use his accent/language barrier as a defense mechanism to get off the phone quickly it was disgusting how uncomfortable he went out of his way to make me I will warn my co workers & clients about this store & specific pharmacist I have been doing this for years and never had an experience like this

My god it never ends with this store their new head pharmacist Brent is so rude literally yelling at the elderly he really should watch how and who he talks to he is already being investigated so at least there's that whoever runs this store needs to get this pharmacy in check they're racking up the HIPAA violations if the job is too stressful for you to control your emotions to your clients maybe you should seek another career path

Chris the head pharmacist is amazing but lately there’s been two new pharmacy techs Ashley and Liz who have been lying about medication pick up dates and have are extremely rude to clients I am a county health care worker and how I have heard these techs talk to elderly is absolutely appalling and yesterday I was told for one of my clients all 7 of her medications would be ready yesterday to go in the next day to find out they won’t be until the following day I have caught these techs in multiple lies they are playing games with the customers and wasting their time well i’m taking this to corporate and getting to the bottom of it

I just had the worst experience with a rude gentleman working in the pharmacy. This guy's name is Chris. I had to call him (from the doctor's office I worked for). I asked him some simple questions and he gave me nothing but uncalled for attitude the whole time. I understand the power has been out for 3 days. Sucks. Everyone is dealing with it. I hope to never have to speak to this guy ever again.
And if the posts below are any indication, this guy is a jerk, rain or shine. Very disappointed with rite aid. please have a talk with your employee, Chris.

We just moved to this area recently, and the pharmacist (or assistant) who answered my phone call was quite rude and dismissive. He cut me off when I was explaining my purpose for the call and then answered my question like he thought I was the dumbest person to ever exist. I've never had an interaction like that with a pharmacist before - either in person or on the phone, so I thought it was worth putting it in a review. I will soon be swapping to a different pharmacy rather than sticking with this one (the Rite Aid at our original location was fine).

They are always nice, try really hard to get insurance to cover, and usually aren't busy. This is way better than the hole in the wall CVS on Fremont. Certainly worth the drive. Thank you!
