Arrived 4 hours be4 our appointment. Checked in to wait for a phone call. Was fortunate enough to find a parking spot on Fruitland. The facility, btw, is on Fruitland, not Alcoa! Get a call in 1.5 hours. Tight backing into docks but doable. Started unloading us immediately. Out in about 1 hour. Staff are helpful, restroom at bottom of stairs to the office. Have indoor restroom for drivers!

Friendly people. Make sure that he moves the day cab yard jockey truck if you are backing a 53 foot trailer between two trailers. It's too tight otherwise. This was you have that extra room for error.

Arrived 18 hours early. Was unloaded. This place is fantastic. The employees I enter active with are the best. Now to find some parking. Parking is not good in Vernon California.

Took two stars because of the almost 8 hours spent waiting and getting unloaded. Once I got to the door, unloading was pretty quick. Tight area but they will spot for you. So I'll give back one star for that. Friendly bunch overall.

They will let you check in early but there's no parking available on site. There's a few places on the street to park if you're lucky. You might have to walk to check in. I would not pull in to check in because you'd still have to find a parking spot on the street. So find a spot, walk and check in, go back to your truck and relax. Watch a movie or two....

My appointment.was for 12:00, got there around 9:00 had to wait about an hour and then they called me to get into a dock, they got me unloaded and I was on my way and finished before 10:30. Great experience. Very nice people.

Overall not a bad place deliver. I know alot of drivers are going to say the first they look up the place is to small is a hell hole. Know that not true please keep in mind if u going here try to arrive around 30 minutes before appointment time since there to parking at the establishment & street parking is limited. Walk bills in now they got a door they will put in it or wait on a call. Backing

This place runs smoothly if the drivers pay attention to the day shift security guard... He keeps it rolling... Literally. He's cool, sorry we didn't get his name. Just want him to know your appreciated greatly. It's a tight squeeze in there definitely keeps you on your toes and alert. The sign for entering is on the corner of Fruitland and Alcoa stating where you enter So stay sharp or you'll miss it. Especially for first timers. The entrance is on Fruitland. It's fast once you get docked. It was like herding cattle into the milk barn, but with Rigs?. Round'em up!?
