The office manager Gloria is always a huge help, and gets back to us quickly! The maintenance man is does a great job to fix things in a timely manner and follows up. We love to walk our kiddos around the complex, and know it’s a safe place. It is right by the highway with easy access to gas stations and coffee!
We have been here for 4 years and recommend this complex to anyone looking!

Been a few months now & I can say in confidence this is a spacious, clean, cozy, quiet, safe complex. The police cruise around often while smiling. The manager Dina is most pleasant and helpful!! Always smiling, not afraid to chat with people. The maintenance is on point and speedy, even trimming a giant tree hitting the building. I'd recommend it in a heartbeat.

Been here not quite a year. The apartments are older but still nice. Since the new Axiom management with Becca and Steve has taken over they have done a great job updating things around the units very quickly. I have been very impressed with there response to any issues that I have had and appreciate the quick response to the few issues that have come up. I said something about my disposal not working a while back and within 24 hours I had a new one. The Management quality has been second to none.
Update: Since last posted, they have repainted all the buildings, installed wooden fencing around the dumpsters, installed dog walk areas, new outdoor lighting, parking stickers and they are going to be repaving the parking lots this summer. Been very impressed with the modernization that has been happening. Becca has been great about keeping tenets up-to-date with whats going on.

Dina is great manager. She stays on top of stuff and she is really there when you need her. We had an impossible situation come and she went above and beyond to help us through it. I can't say enough good things about her as a manager or as a person.

I have been living at the Riverbend Apartments for 6 months now and it has been an outstanding experience! We rarely have any issues but if we do, Dina has been so helpful, quick to respond, and resourceful. She made our move in process very easy last summer and we love it here! The apartments are clearly well taken care of and maintenance puts in the work to make sure the residents are comfortable and safe. Thank you Dina!

I absolutely love living in the community! Great neighbors! Management has been extraordinary! I love the fact I can communicate with manager at any time. She responds quickly, things get done right away! It genuinely feels like a family here! Can not say enough good things! I tell everyone about it and one of my oldest friends recently moved in! She’s loving it here too!

Where to start?! I absolutely love our apartment, and surroundings. Dina is by far the best landlord that I've come across, wish I could give more stars for her! She is an absolute gem! Very polite, and understanding! She is always working WITH you, not against you... She is a person who truly cares about her job, and it shows! The apartment itself is big enough for my little family, neighbors are kind.. We have lived here for almost a year and plan on resigning again!
