I called and made an appointment for RNC to provide me a quote. It rained the next day so he never came by, that's fine but he didn't call to reschedule. I called him the next day he said he'd be there in an hour, almost 2 hours later he shows up. He said he'd get the numbers together and get a quote and bring it by the next day. He never showed. I called him and asked him about my quote. He claimed he left a note on my door. I was home that entire day, he also said he texted me to let me know he left a note. Then he said he'd come by and bring me a new copy of the quote. He never showed up or called back. This was over a week ago. In total 3 weeks of time and never gave me a quote. He's not reliable.
