Small business owner here.
For machine repair, these guys are the Best in the Business.
Their business runs like a well-oiled machine.
I'm a big fan of their shop manager Joey.
Their field service will talk you through stuff, if you're doing it yourself, also.
Answer every phone call, give great information on work done.
Transparent bills.
They treat the small guys like me with a ton of respect.
The mechanics don't dilly dally. They do great work the first time and are capable to do pretty much anything you need.
Worth every penny
Can't say enough good things.

You better have deep pockets when you go into Road builders, but they’re kind of the only place to go for Komatsu

As a mechanic, through my employers, I frequently buy parts there for the komatsu equipment that I happen to be working in. The guys there are very helpful and knowledgeable and go out of there way for their customers. Good job guys. Still waiting on my free komatsu cap however lol.
