We had our roof replaced last week. They were professional from start to finish. Zak was the person who came to our door offering to inspect our roof for any damage. He was great at staying in touch with us, bringing us different shingle samples to help us decide colors. They set the date of delivery of the shingles and did not miss that deadline. The crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up each day. The supervisor was easy to work with and answered any questions we had. We're very pleased with our new roof and the professional service we received.

These guys are amazing! They installed a new roof. The whole day, these guys were very professional. They worked their butts off. They cleaned up everything and I mean everything. We did not see one thing that let us know they had been in our yard. Once everything was cleaned up, they ran a metal detector around the house to make sure there weren’t any nails left behind. We couldn’t be anymore happier with their work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! You won’t be disappointed! A very special thanks to Dillon! He is the absolute best! He answered any question that we had and would always pick up the phone when I called him with questions.

Rock Solid Restoration and Construction provided me with a free roof inspection. They were professional and efficient from start to finish. They even took the time to explain to me all of my options and the insurance process thats goes along with getting a new roof. I also was able to sign up for their free roof protection program. I just have to say that Austin is truly amazing. I am so impressed with the high level of customer service that I receive from him. I have used Rock Solid on multiple jobs at the property that I manage and I can't tell you how comforting it is to know that Austin is going to respond quickly and get my repairs made most times the same day. I would give this no stars if possible. This is the most unprofessional unorganized company I have ever been associated with save your money and go somewhere else. They left 3 inch nails outside all over my staircase and lawn for my 3 and 7 year old children to play with. They even walked into my house unannounced!!! So rude and loud and inconsiderate!!! I’m seriously warning you you WILL regret picking rock solid restoration!
