First-Class dealership in Independence Kansas. Great selection of cars in their inventory, much like the Dodge Charger I purchased. I drove over 10 hours to get it. Charger was ready and sparkling clean when I arrived. Transaction was smooth. Ryan Cummings was my salesperson. I'd recommend him if you are coming from out of state; he's very professional and will do a virtual tour of the car(s) with you. Ryan is laid-back but knowledgeable. He doesn't lure you in to change the deal on you when you get there. But I highly recommend you text him a virtual tour of your trade and show its flaws. He can and will give a more accurate price if you do that. Overall, my experience was great, and the Charger drives like a dream. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. 5-STARS!

Allen Marrs was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kind of sales guy that doesn’t just want to sell you something rather sell you something you want, very professional. Not pushy at all… honest and to the point. Jared the sales manager offered to literally bring me my title because his boy plays baseball in the area I live which is almost two hours from Romans. Couldn’t say enough about these guys. I hate buying/trading cars but these guys made it more than enjoyable. I’ll be shopping here in the future. 5stars guys. Great job.

If you don’t buy a car from this dealer don’t waste your time trying to get warranty work done! I had a problem with the top on my new corvette and the first thing the service manager asked was where I bought it and then said he wasn’t interested in working on it.. even though I just bought a used truck from them two weeks prior and paid cash for it…I was getting ready to order a new GMC Denali for my wife but now I’ll replace my ford expedition with a Lincoln Navigator.. I really can’t knock the sales department they were great but thanks to a terrible service manager I’ll never be back!!

Has anyone had any problems tagging your vehicle after purchasing your car .My daughters car has a lien on it that Roman’s did not disclose or clear the lien before selling the vehicle to her.As this is required by Ks law .Now she can not get her car tagged.DMV said the dealership needs to get the lien released .We have contacted Romans for the last 6 weeks and have got no where on this issue .Daughter is currently driving on expired tags and not by choice .We just want Romans to do the right thing and get the lien released .Anyone have any suggestions .

Upon arrival the service manager( older man) was rude, confrontational. The service was to be 1 hour and it took an hour and a half. He told us they didn't have any courtesy vehicles but that if it took longer than a hour that he would take us to where we needed to go; then come pick us up after our car was serviced. A younger man (polite) came when our vehicle was finished. We came in contact with several other employee's and only one of them greeted us the whole time we were at the dealership. Vehicle service fixed the issue but very poor customer relations.
