Orlando was great. Had a problem on late in the afternoon and reached out for service at 5pm. By 10 pm my problem was solved! I know they are a little more pricy but worth it in a pinch. The service tech Orlando was such a nice guy and exceptionally clean after.

Very quick to identify the issue and give a reasonable estimate that was lower than we were expecting. They had a quick return date for the repairs after the initial inspection (next day!) that determined we need to replace the valve and converter for our shower head and tub.

Adrian, the tech who did the work, was very friendly and easy to work with. The cost breakdown was extremely clear and we never felt like we were being oversold.

I was extremely pleased with the response time. Adrian was the service technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and informed me of what needed to be done to rectify the blockage. We had an early evening problem with a pipe that was affecting our whole house - on a Friday night. Roto-Rooter sent out their service technician (Adrian), who wasted no time doing diagnostics and taking care of the problem. Before leaving, he set up a follow-up appointment with their camera person to make sure the problem would be taken care of permanently. He was courteous and efficient!
